After recently posting some controversial comments on his Twitter account, NXT Superstar Dominik Dijakovic would go on and delete his account almost immediately.
NXT’s most recent TV Tapings from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida saw Dijakovic further dive into his gimmick by talking about how his family immigrated to The United States and how he now wants to capture The NXT North American Title from The Velveteen Dream. The promo would come right after Dijakovic defeated an enhancement talent in a quick match, which should air next week or on April 24th. A later match at the tapings would then see Dijakovic defeat Mansoor Al-Shehail. Dream would confront Dijakovic after the match and accept the challenge.
Dijakovic would then take to his Twitter on Thursday and make a tweet about “purifying” America.
He wrote, “This continent has everything backwards,” “This is a diseased environment that breeds impurity. The streets are almost as filthy as the inhabitants. I would know, I’ve lived the majority of my life here. I owe it to myself and my family to Purify this wasteland.”
Dijakovic would tag US President Donald Trump, Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador & Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in the tweet.
Dijakovic would then delete the tweet less than 30 minutes after posting it as well as deactivate his entire account. You can check out a screenshot of the tweet below:
