Ciampa tweet of the week…

•Closing Commentary

-Cool fact brought up by Mauro Ranallo on this weeks show… Tommaso Ciampa won the title in only his 10th single match in NXT… I love Mauro dropping knowledge. Another thing about Ciampa; he should be the poster boy for anyone looking to blueprint the way to come back from a major injury. He tore his ACL on May 2017, returned in January 2018, won championship July 2018. Pretty. Damn. Impressive.

-Why do NXT’s Takeover events outshine the main rosters PPVs every single time they do a Saturday/Sunday tilt? I know it’s over a month away, but does anyone really think that anything at Survivor Series is going to top Ciampa vs. Velveteen Dream? Ricochet & War Raiders vs. Dunne & Mustache Mountain vs. Undisputed inside three freaking rings inside a giant cage? Even Matt Riddle’s expected debut will be more anticipated than anything the main roster will do the next night. Why is that? Maybe it’s just me who thinks this way…
